Can I order products online?
Yes, our books are available for purchase online. Additionally, by purchasing through the Off Ramp Publishing website, you can get autographed copies and a 10 percent discount off all books.

Is my credit card information safe online?
Yes, ordering from www.offramppublishing.com is safe and secure. Once you click on "Check Out" you are on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds. For your own safety, please don't ever use email to send us your credit card information. Use the secure ordering form only.

We are confident that online shopping at www.offramppublishing.com is secure and safe. However, you may choose to call us directly to place your order over the telephone. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-858-735-5647 to place your order.

Which credit cards can I use?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Bank Debit Cards (with the VISA or MasterCard logo).

Do you charge Sales Tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to any address within the State of California. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S. or Canada, sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.

How will I know my order was successfully placed?
At the time you complete your order, you will be shown a confirmation screen with the header, "Your Order Has Been Processed!". At the same time, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided. This email will serve as your Confirmation of Order and your Receipt. If you do not receive this email within a few hours, please contact us. Additionally, you can always log in to the site (using your email and password) and click on the "HISTORY" button to review all your previous and current orders.

Returns

What is your Return Policy?
At Off Ramp Publishing, we are committed to your total satisfaction. If any of our products fail to meet your expectations, we want to know. Our goal is to produce high quality products with which you will fall in love. If this does not happen, we want your feedback and suggestions as this gives us an opportunity to make things better. We will gladly offer a refund on returned, undamaged books of the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee.  Be advised that all autographed books are nonreturnable and nonexchangeable.  Please email us at with your name, contact telephone number and item(s) you wish to exchange/return. One of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will contact you to make the arrangements for the exchange/return.

Privacy

What is your Privacy policy?
Off Ramp Publishing fully respects your privacy. We will never sell, loan or give away your personal information (name, email address, mailing address, shoppin ghabits, etc.) to anyone. Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. For example, if you decide to place an order, you will be asked to provide certain information (name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, etc.) To protect this personal information, you will also be asked to enter a user name (your email address) and password so you are the only one who can access this information in the future. However, you will need to enter your credit card information EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A PURCHASE as we DO NOT STORE any credit card information.

We use the email address you provide to communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special promnotions, coupons and relevent news.

Shipping

How fast is my order processed?
We typically ship all orders within 7-10 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that your processing time will be delayed, you will be notified immediately.

What shipping options are available?
We have selected U.S.P.S. and UPS to handle our delivery service. Unless you select otherwise, all orders will be shipped via Standard Ground Service. You should allow 5-7 days for Standard Ground Deliveries.  We don't typically offer insurance or other services but will if you request.

Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, with approximately 10 - 14 days for delivery.

 
We understand that at some point you may be in urgent need of your order (last minute gift?) If so, please indicate this in the "comments" section of your online order form. We will contact you with additional shipping options.
 
Can I ship internationally? 
No.  Unfortunately, we are not set up to ship outside the U.S. at this time.
